By creating an account and using Securtea you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Securtea provides tools and services to help secure Microsoft 365 environments; use of the platform is subject to these terms.
1. Use of the Service
You will use Securtea in compliance with all applicable laws and will not attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts, data, or the underlying systems. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
2. Account Security
You must keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
3. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of your data. By using Securtea you grant us a license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform software, content, and trademarks are owned by Securtea or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securtea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Securtea harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks. You may close your account at any time, subject to any applicable billing terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; we will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
